A Few Words Wednesday

I was fortunate enough to meet my blog friend~Hilary in person today... She lives in Minnesota but has family in Ga. Both of her parents are from here! What a gem she is! It was so fun to hang out with her and get to know her more..nothing like meeting in person! I can't wait to hang out again...thanks again for driving to come see me...i feel special!

This is sweet baby Raven. She is 7 wks. old.. precious angel who loved me! Duh right!? From all the pics on Hilary's blog I thought she looked just like her Daddy but, seeing her in person she looks a lot like her Mama!!

I was so blessed to be able to meet Jennifer McKinney aka MckMama and her precious family! On Sunday Ashley, Luke, Jack, and I headed down to Grant Park for the Southern MckGathering. It was cold and raining but that did not stop us from having a blast! Here are some of the pics from Sunday at the MckGathering!
Precious Stellan and I.....I couldn't resist his chubby cheeks. I teared up when I first got him...He is a miracle from God and I am in amazement to see a healthy boy in front of me when just a few weeks ago he almost died. I got to feed him, play with him, and love on him..I was in heaven!

Talk about cute!! What a beautiful child...and sweet too! I enjoyed seeing the kids play with mine and see their little personalities! Me, Prince Charming, and SF . He was sooo nice! I enjoyed getting to know him too!

my 2 yr. old Bowen was not hiding in the corner with a pack of sausage dogs and a knife the other day and he did not slightly cut his finger, and I did not feel like a horrible horrible mother...nope, not me!

I was not more than ecstatic when I got the news on my 30th Birthday last week that Jennifer {aka MckMama} was coming to the sweet South to my state for Thanksgiving and had a MckGathering yesterday! That was not the best news ever to get on my Birthday...Nope, Not Me!

I am not equally ecstatic to meet Hilary {mckmama's sis} this week after becoming friends and making a sweet sling for her and Raven her precious sweet babe...I do not hope we will be friends fo' eva! nope, not me!

My smart self did not delete pictures from one of my cameras yesterday from the MckGathering and I was not sick to my stomach for doing so! nope, not me!

I did not almost hyperventilate when I got the awesome news on my birthday that MckMama and crew are coming to GEORGIA for Thanksgiving and are having a Southern Mckgathering!! And even better I do not also get to meet Hilary her sister that I have become friends through FB, blog, and phone!! Nope, Not Me!

My 30th Birthday was not awesome and I cannot wait for my party this Saturday..Nope, Not Me!

Well, it happened...i turned 30! I think I am going to enjoy my 30's just as much if not more than my 20's!! I have been wanting a new tattoo forever so I thought my Birthday would be a great day to do it. I already have the Japanese character for friend with Rebecca and Samarah so I wanted the character for Mother..since I am a Mama..duh!?

to jump or not to jump.....that is the question

a few good memories from my 29th year


i really can't believe i will be 30 on saturday. i remember when thirty seemed so old to me. well, now it does too! i am not so excited to celebrate my birthday twice...once on my actual birthday hanging with a few girls getting a tattoo, and then the next weekend we are having a par~ly at my house! my husband called me today asking me if i wanted to go SKY DIVING next weekend!?!? i don't know what i am going to do....a BIG part of me really wants to do it and then i start thinking about what could happen...but i know that my life is already planned out according to God's will so it really doesn't make since not to go and have the time of my life jumping out of a plane!!! and i will get a video..luke's first baseball coach Russell has jumped like over 200 times and he said i could jump with him or i could jump with someone else and he would jump with us and video my jump....how cool would that be!?!? i would love to hear so input from the other mama's out there..to jump or not to jump? peace~

Finally.... A Haircut

So for some reason I always wait way too long for a haircut. One of my greatest friends LR{little Rebecca} is even my hairdresser...

Monday night after our husbands got home from work we met up at her salon so she could work her magic on my mop! I am trying to grow my hair out a little so she gave it a good trim and color! I also had my eyebrows and lip waxed...OUCH. That will make a preacher cuss! LR is going to get certified in eyebrow threading...I can't wait!
