Stellan is going Home

As most of ya'll know that read my blog or talk to me know that I have been praying for a baby named Stellan since before he was born. I started reading mycharmingkids.com July of last year and I have been hooked ever since. Jennifer is her name and she lives in Minnesota with Prince Charming, Big Mac, MckNugget, Small Fry, and MckMuffin (MSC~many small children) in the woods striving to serve God and raise a family! Her writing is just a pleasure to read and she cracks me up, as well as her precious children. I love babies, kids and especially Jesus.. and she talks a lot about all three! Well, Stellan is out of the hospital in Boston and he and MckMama are in a hotel tonight and are heading home tomorrow! Praise Jesus he is well enough to go home on meds. to control his SVT~ super fast heartbeat. I just find her faith in God so inspiring and uplifting for my own walk....I love her honesty and I wish we could be IRL friends! You should check her blog out and see what I'm talkin' about! No, I am not a crazy blogger!

Praying for Stellan

One of my favorite blogs to follow is mycharmingkids.net where MckMama and her Prince Charming raise MSC..many small children. Their nicknames are Big Mac, MckNugget, Small Fry, and MckMuffin better known as Stellan! When MckMama was pregnant with Stellan he was diagonosed with SVT (really high heart rate) and they were told that he would surely die before he was born. Well, he didn't die and in fact he was born perfectly healthy! A huge prayer chain was started via Internet and blogs.....the power of prayer is amazing! Well about 5 weeks ago he was admitted into the hospital with SVT (the same thing he was supposted to have when he was born). They have been trying to control it with meds but it wasn't working well. So, they flew to Boston and he is having surgery as I type this. Please pray for little Stellan and the rest of his family. And of course the doctors too! If you have a minute you should check out her AWESOME blog! She is one of the most amazingly faithful Jesus followers I have ever seen.. just amazing! Love her!

I haven't been posting as much as I would like lately....I've been on Facebook.. I know it is kinda silly. So we have been busy and I haven't been sharing as much as I would like. We have been at Luke and Jack's t-ball games, visiting with friends in the nice weather, and enjoying festivities around Atlanta! This weekend Ben went turkey hunting and I went with Rebecca and Chuck to the Sweetwater Festival! We met up with Samarah, Yuppie, Heather and Ben, Heather and Jim, Caroline and Brian, and some of the kids! I didn't have my kids though....I left them with Beth. We had a blast! I probably had a little too much fun if that is possible! We also ran into Corbin, Michelle, Emily, Teddy and Dave! Then today the kids and I went to church and then I took Luke to his friends' Braden and Christopher birthday party at Sparkles! Luke is soooo funny on skates. He even tried roller blades for the first time and did great! He wants to have his birthday party there again this year!!

Me

Well, I have missed doing NMM since Stellan has been sick, but since he is doing better I thought I would get back to NMM cause I have missed it so!

I did not jump up and down on Friday when I found out that Jack got into Pre-K next year....I would never be that excited about my boys going to school!

I am not dreading spring break this year....I wish they would just skip SB and let us get out a week early instead of getting out June 5th!

I am not totally psyched about my cruise....I am shipping out June 1st! I will not miss my family one little bit!

My boys are not the best ball players in town...I am not a proud Mama!

Take Me Out to the Ball-game

Luke and Jack are on the same t-ball team this year...it will be the only time for a few more years. We played Jack up since he is such a great little ball player! Luke has played the last two games even though he is still in his cast. You would think that it would be hard for him, but his cast has not slowed him down at all. They are the Cleveland Indians, and boy they look sharp in their uniforms! Jack did so awesome last night he got the game ball. He hit off the pitch, which for a 4yr. old is pretty impressive! Not that I am bragging or anything...he is just amazing to watch. I think he has more of a passion for ball than Luke. Every morning the first thing he asks is, "Do I have a baseball game today?", or "Can Daddy play baseball with me in the yard?". He LOVES baseball. Since he was 6 months old he has always wanted a ball in his hand..Bowen seems to take after his big brother Jack. He is obsessed as well. I am sooo proud of all my boys! Andrew is our basketball star, and tennis player, Luke, and Jack are our baseball players, and Bowen will play ball one day like his 3 big brothers.

My Baptism

I rededicated my life to Jesus last Saturday night, so Sunday morning I got baptised. I have been living the wrong life. The only way is Jesus. The happiness I now have is indescribable...Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
