Don't you just love Wal-Mart. Fun for all ages... for 50 cents. This one happened to be an icecream truck! This was taken last month during Christmas break. Love my boys.

Not Me Monday!

I most certainly did not let Bowen have gum just to get him to stop whining. Nope, Not Me!

I did not eat a whole bag of Doritios this week all by myself. Nope, Not Me!

I also did not drink a little too much Friday night after my husband got back from out of town. Not me , I can always handle my alcohol.

Yea, It's Friday!

Whoo Hooo! I made it another week by myself with the boys. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It's amazing what prayer can do! The boys are so excited to see their daddy, but not as excited as me! Let's hope next week runs as smoothly as this week did.

Not Me Monday

Here's to saying what I didn't do this week and living to tell about it! Over at mycharmingkids.blogspot.com she started a blog carnival about things she did not do and feels better getting it out on the table, you know theraputic. So here's what I did not do this past week...

~ I did not let my boys play their DS for hours on end while I sat on the computer and started my blog, and looked at other people's blogs too...

~ I did not not make dinner since my handsome sweets was out of town this week working.. amen for ramen noodles, cereal, and McDonald's.

~ I did not threaten my children that I would lock them in their rooms if they didn't stop fighting

~ I did not wish that it was April again so we could enjoy the Georgia spring air... instead of cold, windy, rainy weather

The 5 Love Languages

We bought a book this morning at church... The Five Love Languages. Can't wait to read it and understand him more.. We are also starting a bible study about marriage. We want to stay soul mates and not be shipmates, or even worse cellmates. Here's to making our marriage better!

Ready for a Break!

I am so glad Ben dosen't work out of town very often. He has been gone all week... and will be gone next week too... Bummer dude. Luke said it best on Monday night after realizing Daddy wouldn't be home for several more days.. "How are you gonna take care of four kids all by yourself, MAMA?" I told him we will be fine. Then I start to think about Sam. How her sweet husband is Home... home with Jesus. I still can't believe I won't see him again on this earth. I will see Russell when I die and go to see my sweet, sweet Savior! May God Bless Samarah, Isaac, and Lilli.

I finally made a blog!

O.K. So, I have been following other people's blogs for some time now (even people I don't know) and Ben keeps telling me I need to start my own. So, here I am finally starting my own. Hope it is exciting for everyone, I know I am!
